Welcome to Chic Favours. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Personalisation

Please check all personalisation details carefully before confirming your order. We create each product to your exact specifications and cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.

2. Processing & Delivery

Most orders are made and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. While we do our best to meet expected delivery dates, delays caused by Royal Mail or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

3. Returns & Cancellations

Personalised and food items (such as sweets) are non-refundable and cannot be returned under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless they are faulty or damaged.
For non-personalised, non-food items, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure checkout.

5. Allergens & Food Safety

Full allergen and ingredient information is provided with every order. However, all products are made or packed in a facility that handles wheat, gluten, milk, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphites, and tree nuts, and we cannot guarantee they are allergen-free.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products once delivered, except where required by law.
