Personalised & Food Items
As our products are often personalised or contain food (such as sweets), they are non-refundable and cannot be returned under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations — unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please check all spelling and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalised, Non-Food Items
For items that are not personalised and do not contain food, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving your order. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at your expense.
